HISD Board Approves 2021-2022 Academic Calendar

The HISD Board of Trustees approved the 2021-2022 School Year Academic Calendar during their regular meeting on January 21, 2021.

Items to note:

First Day of School for Students - Thursday, August 12, 2021
2-hour Early Release for Winter Break - Friday, December 17, 2021
First Day of Second Semester for Students - Wednesday, January 5, 2022
2-hour Early Release for Last Day of School - Thursday, May 26, 2022
