Hi, my name is Ms. Cruz and I will be your child's business teacher for the 2021-2022 school year. I am confident that this year will be great for all students, faulty, and staff, and I am excited to contribute to it!

I look forward to getting to know your child and help them reach their academic goals. I too, graduated from Huntsville High School in 2002, and I am honored to give back to its current students in my role as a teacher. My educational background also includes a Bachelor's of Business Admisitration degree, where I majored in Finance, and an Executive Master's of Business Admistration degree with a concentration in Banking and Finance, both earned at Sam Houston State University.

While I was not born and raised in Huntsville, I have lived here for 20 years and consider it my hometown and I am eager to give back to the community and district that I am a product of. I believe our community has produced amazing youth and I am fully confident in their ability to succeed academically. I look forward to teaching them some of the skills needed to become productive citizens and provide them with practical applications of these skills to aid them in achieving their future goals and aspirations. Being a CTE teacher, I understand the importance of learning skills that can be either implemented in students' next level of education or when directly joining the workforce after high school.
