Degrees and Certifications:
Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies Master's in Curriculum and Instruction
My name is Jillian Lindeman and I am second-year Kindergarten teacher at Samuel Walker Houston Elementary. I am very excited to begin this journey with my group of kids! Teaching children, especially those within the early childhood years, is my passion. I believe it is crucial to not only teach a child to be a successful student, but also to be a successful citizen. It is my goal for my students to leave my class having gained all the necessary skills and knowledge they need to move on but to also have learned essential social and emotional skills. I earned my bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University in 2016, and I just recently earned my master's degree also from SHSU in Curriculum and Instruction. If you have any questions or concerns for me, please don't hesitate to email me! I look forward to a wonderful year, and Sting 'Em Hornets!!
