Ms. Susan Small

 2020-2021

Welcome to Hornet Nation!  Let me begin by welcoming you to the Home of the Fighting Huntsville Hornets.  This year begins my 21st season of teaching in H.I.S.D. I'm a proud graduate of Huntsville High School's Class of '91. I received my degree in Education with an emphasis in English and Reading from Sam Houston State University.  During my teaching career I've taught all grade levels and now my final goal is to teach high school students.  My passion is teaching and instilling a love of learning to all students.

During my time away from school I enjoy reading, traveling, cruising, and spending time with my family.  I'm the proud Mommy of a Chiweenie (Sue-Ray) and a Jack Russell Terrier (Sophie).
