Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year!

This is the start of my 27th year here at HHS!!  I graduated from Sam Houston State University in May 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in English and Special Education. (Eat'em up Kats!). I taught Physcial Education and Special Education for 15 years at both the High School and Mance Park.  I have been the Adaptive Physical Education Coach since 2009 for the district. I love working with kids. I am also a Football/Power Lifting/Special Olympic Coach for the disrtict. 

I married my best friend, Tami (who is also a Bearkat), in 1996.  She is currently the Math Interventionist for Huntsville Elementary, where she has taught for the last 24 years.  We have two children.  Jayce is a graduate of HHS ('18) and is now a Junior at Texas A&M (Whoop), and Jalyn is a Senior at HHS.  Both were involved with sports at HHS. We enjoy many sporting events together as a family and love to watch our children involved with their extra curriculum activities.
