HISD Transportation Registration for 2020-2021 is OPEN! Sign your student up to ride the bus today! Please review all COVID-19 Transportation Protocol information BEFORE submitting the registration form. Online transportation request forms must be completed by FRIDAY, AUGUST 7, 2020, in order to receive service when school begins.
HISD Student Registration is an ONLINE process for ALL Returning and New Students. Registration is now OPEN. Parents of Returning Students will receive an email notification to alert you that your child's Returning Student Registration form is available with instructions.
The HISD 2020-2021 Academic Calendar was modified on July 16, 2020. The new start date for students is August 19, 2020. The calendar is always subject to change especially under the COVID-19 pandemic.
Have Questions? While HISD campuses & facilities remain CLOSED to general public access, Campuses & Administration are accessible by email & have limited personnel available briefly to answer calls on Monday - Thursday. All buildings will remain CLOSED to general public access until further notice.

Updates in Special Education
In alignment with Senate Bill 139, Huntsville ISD is required to notify parents of their right to request a special education evaluation at any time if you suspect your child may have a disability. A hyperlink is included on the attached notice that will direct you to complete a form that will provide us with information regarding any concern you may have. Once the form is completed, you will be contacted regarding your concerns. The district stands ready, willing, and able to assist you and any concerns you may have at this time.

STAAR Scores Online Access
Parents & Guardians are able to access STAAR Scores Online. In order to access your student’s STAAR scores, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has created an online student portal for parents. Log into the student portal to view your child's STAAR scores and access additional resources. More information can be found on our State Testing informational page.
