Texas State Department of State Health Services holds Immunization Clinics the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 1301 Sam Houston, Suite 112 and 113.    This clinic is primarily for the uninsured population of Walker County. There is a limited number of the H1N1 (swine flu)  vaccine available, so if you have insurance, you are encouraged to go to your private physician.   Medicaid & CHIP insurance is accepted.
