Fifth Grade Science

This Week in Science   Calendar

This week we are classifying matter in several different ways...by looking at magnetism, solubility, and buoyancy.  We are also looking at how matter can change state.

We are continuin our use of the science journals, which contain a lot of information.  Students are welcome to take them home to study from, but they do need them every day in class.  Discipline marks will be given if your student does not have their science journal.
Friday, September 10 - Science Quiz

About Me   Wish List

This is my seventh year teaching fifth grade science at HIS.  I am a graduate of Huntsville High School (GO HORNETS!) and SHSU.  I am married and have two children.  Ashley is in sixth grade and Brian is in first grade.  You might see me at the ball field or at a Girl Scouting event, as those are activities that our family is involved in.
