Parents of returning students will use the Home Access Center (HAC) parent portal for student re-registration beginning Monday, June 19, 2017. This process has been simplified and shortened and shouldn’t take very long to complete for each returning HISD student.
You must have an updated email address on file with the district to use the HAC system. Siblings should also be linked in the parent portal; however, if you have more than one child to re-register and you do NOT see them all listed in your HAC account, you will need to notify us so we can get them linked for you.
To update your email address on file, request assistance with linking students, or obtain any assistance with HAC, please call the Hawkins Administration Building this summer during operating hours at 936-435-6300 and ask for the Student Data Services/PEIMS Department. They will be glad to assist you.
**Bus Registration is separate from the Back to School Online Student Re-registration process. If your student will need to ride the school bus to or from school at any point this school year, please complete the separate required Bus Registration process using either the online Bus Registration form or visit the Transportation Department in person. See Transporation Department page for more information.
